1. The valve body and gate plate have guide rails and guide rail grooves. The valve body and bonnet are connected with carbon steel screws, and the screws are countersunk and sealed with wax to avoid corrosion when exposed to water and air. When the valve is fully open, the valve plate can be fully lifted.
2. The valve seat and valve body are integrally cast, and the flange and valve body are integrally cast. There are no grooves at the bottom of the valve body to prevent dirt and sediment from settling, causing the valve to not close tightly or damaging the gate.
