First, soft seal gate valve product introduction

Dark rod soft seal elastic gate valve is suitable for liquid and gas medium pipelines and equipment, as a cut-off and regulating medium role.

The elastic soft seal gate valve uses the motion direction of the elastic gate to be perpendicular to the direction of the fluid, so the soft seal gate can only be fully opened and fully closed, and can not be used as regulation and throttling. The soft seal gate valve uses the overall coating of the gate plate to produce deformation compensation to achieve good sealing effect, and overcomes the general poor seal, water leakage and rust phenomenon of the gate valve. The gate valve has the characteristics of quick installation, easy maintenance, long service life and not easy to produce water hammer.

The bottom of the flexible seal gate valve adopts the same flat bottom design as the water pipe, which is not easy to cause debris deposition, so that the fluid is unimpeded.

The hand wheel is closed clockwise and open anticlockwise. No leverage is allowed.

4. Flat-bottom valve seat, traditional gate valve is often deposited in the bottom groove of the valve after water washing tube because of external objects such as stones, wood blocks, cement, paper scraps, debris and so on. Easy to cause can not close close and form water leakage phenomenon, soft seal gate valve with the same flat bottom design and water pipe, not easy to cause debris deposition, so that fluid unobstructed.

5, three "O" type sealing ring, because the stem uses three "O" type sealing ring design. It can reduce the friction resistance of the switch, greatly reduce the leakage phenomenon and can replace the sealing ring without stopping the water construction.

6, help to drink, because the valve body is coated with non-toxic epoxy resin inside, the internal and external surfaces of the gate valve are completely covered with rubber without rust water or corrosion phenomenon, available for drinking.

Three soft seal gate valve use characteristics

1. Small flow resistance. The medium channel inside the valve body is straight through, the medium flows in a straight line, and the flow resistance is small.

2, less effort when opening and closing. Is compared with the globe valve, because whether it is open or closed, the direction of the ram movement is perpendicular to the direction of the medium flow.

3, high height, long opening and closing time. The opening and closing stroke of ram is large, and the fall is carried out by screw.
