  • 一  HC41X消声止回阀的概况

    消声止回阀是指依靠介质本身流动而自动开、闭阀瓣，用来防止介质倒流的阀门，又称逆止阀、单向阀、消声止回阀逆流阀、和背压阀。止回阀属于一种自动阀门，其主要作用是防止介质倒流、防止泵及驱动电动机反转，以及容器介质的泄放。止回阀还可用于给其中的压力可能升至超过系统压的辅助系统提供补给的管路上。止回阀主要可分为旋启式止回阀（依重心旋转）与升降式止回阀（沿轴线移动）。

    二  HC41X消声止回阀的工作原理

    1、本阀门在使用过程中，介质按图示箭头方向流动。

    2、当介质按规定方向流动时，阀瓣受介质力的作用，被开启;介质逆流时，因阀瓣自重和阀瓣受介质反向力的作用， 使阀瓣与阀座的密封面密合而关闭，达到阻止介质逆流的目的。

    3、阀体及阀瓣的密封面采用不锈钢堆焊。

    4、结构长度符合GB/T12221-2005标准，法兰连接符合GB/T17241.6-2008标准。

    三  HC41X消声止回阀的安装和使用：

    1、本阀门通路两端须堵塞，存在干燥通风的室内。如长期存放，应经常检查防锈蚀。

    2、安装前应将阀门清洗干净，并消除在运输过程中造成的缺陷。

    3、安装时必须仔细核对阀门上的标志和铭牌是否符合使用要求。

    4、本阀门安装在水平管道上，阀盖向上。
