  • 一  静音止回阀的概况

    DRVZ静音止回阀主要是由阀体、阀座、导流体、阀瓣、轴承及弹簧等主要零件组成。DRVZ静音止回阀的内部流道采用流线型设计，压力损失极小，阀瓣启闭行程非常短，停泵时可以快速关闭，防止巨大的水锤声，并具有静音关闭的特点。河北华汇阀门有限公司生产的DRVZ静音式止回阀主要用于给排水、消防、暖通系统，可安装于水泵出口处，以防止倒流及水锤对水泵的损害，有效的保护了水泵的正常的运行。

    二 静音止回阀的工作原理
    本阀门在使用过程中，介质按图示箭头方向流动。

    1、当介质按规定方向流动时，阀瓣受介质力的作用，被开启;介质逆流时，因阀瓣自重和阀瓣受介质反向力的作用，使阀瓣与阀座的密封面密合而关闭，达到阻止介质逆流的目的。

    2、阀体及阀瓣的密封面采用不锈钢堆焊。

    3、本阀门的结构长度按GB12221-1989的规定，法兰连接尺寸按JB/T79-1994的规定。
