一 SP45F型数字锁定平衡阀产品说明
SPF型数字锁定平衡阀是一种静态水力工况平衡用阀，它具有等百分比的流量特性曲线，适用于集中量调节，集中质调节及分阶段改变流量的量调节系统，当系统流量发生变化时，安装了该阀的各支路，各用户的流量会按比例增大或减小，保持初调节时的流量分配方案。
二 SP45F型数字锁定平衡阀 技术参数
1、公称压力1.6MPa（2.5MPa须预定）；
2、介质温度0-150℃；
3、理论特性曲线为等百分比曲线，当阀权度在0.3-0.5时实际曲线为线性特性。
4、结构长度符合GB/T12221中截止阀及止回阀结构长度。
三 SP45F型数字锁定平衡阀性能与特点
1、理想的调节性能；
2、优秀的截止功能；
3、精确到1/10圈的开启状态显示；
4、理论流量特性曲线为等百分比特性曲线；
5、国家专利型启闭锁定装置；
6、对应每个整圈都有因定的流量系数，调试中只要测量出阀门两端压差，就可以方便计算出流经阀门的流量；
7、聚四氟乙烯和硅胶密封，密封性能可靠；
8、内部元件采用YICr18Ni9或铜合金制造，抗腐蚀能力强，使用寿命长；
9、内升降阀杆，无须预留操作空间。
